Service Agreement

By engaging Power Amp Electrical for any electrical services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided by licensed electricians in accordance with Victorian electrical regulations.

Pricing and Payment

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are made
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
• Additional work beyond the original quote requires separate approval

Warranty

All workmanship is covered by our warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products. See our Warranty page for full details.

Liability

Power Amp Electrical maintains comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing electrical issues, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from non-compliance with our maintenance recommendations.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
